Becoming Mrs Roslan: Caterer
Even before we started on the actual planning, we knew that the bulk of the wedding budget would go to getting a good caterer. Being avid food lovers, we feel that food is the most important part of the event and serving a wide variety of delicious dishes is our top priority. We had come across various caterers with nice food, but nothing really clicked. The closest was perhaps Shakira Briyani that we had at the Wedding Expo. But I wasn't really impressed by the variety of dishes and it wasn't exactly cheap. Then, we stumbled upon Anis and Din. Sometimes, when you know, you just know. Especially when we kept going back to the buffet spread to get more food! The lontong was one of the best that I've tried, the rendang was flavourful, the mutton dalcha was really appetising, the ayam masak merah and briyani were all really decent!
